Cometh the House, Cometh the Inspection. Who else but Rob? In such a hot property market, we have trusted nobody else but Rob for our inspections (albeit we've had to use him a few times due to being outbid). Rob is very reasonably priced and for one house, called straight in to ask our preference to go ahead with the full or cover with just an hourly as it was going to be quite the report!
Rob's inspections have been super timely and have added confidence to any house worth genuine consideration. The detail in areas, photos, ideas and common sense recommendations are more than the fee he charges.

Great communication and timely provision of report. Rob conducted a building and pest inspection of a home during our two day cooling off period. He helped us feel confident in the purchase and gave us all the information that we needed. Rob responded very positively to an urgent request to inspect our new home at handover. He swiftly produced a comprehensive report with many photos for us to present to the builders. The builders didn't take responsibility for a number of things but at least we knew the problems to fix for ourselves. Rob found some things we never would have known about by flying drones over the roof. He is a very nice guy and will do everything he can to make you a happy customer even after the job is done. I am very happy to be able to recommend him highly

What I value is a professional who is accountable. Rob was available at short notice, easy to deal with, honest and transparent. I called him around four weeks post inspection to discuss with him something he missed during the inspection and to also apologise that we had forgotten to pay his invoice for service. He was friendly, open minded and accountable. I had called a plumber out to fix something that could have been avoided. Still Rob kindly thanked us for the call and advised that based on my inconvenience he doesn’t expect to receive payment for it due to our plumber cost. I know that sometimes “s#%! happens but honestly I would not use anyone else after this pleasant experience. Merry Christmas Rob. Thank you

The report was so thorough including inside, outside and the aerial view of the status of the roof. It has excellent coverage of the property in terms of level of attention required. We needed a pool fence compliance certificate. We phoned Rob, who came to our house at the agreed time - so we were off to a good start. Rob explained clearly and professionally the legislative requirements - which thankfully our fence met. The certificate was emailed the next day - as promised.

Very easy to deal with , was prompt and organised straight away a time to access the property. Excellent and very thorough Building inspection report. Gave me the piece of mind that I wasn’t buying a dud property and listed all the issues that I would have never noticed that would need repairing. Highly recommend rob .
