Any plumbing and drainage issues that can contribute to excessive moisture – and, potentially, to soil movement that could compromise the building’s structural integrity – will also be investigated. Additionally, we’ll assess the electrical systems installed in the building to ensure their compliance with the current Australian Standards.

 

We will also conduct a thorough examination of your property for any signs of damage caused by pests or their presence. We will not only look for termites – but also for such common pests rodents, borers, cockroaches, spiders, and ants. The latest in thermal imaging technology will be used by our inspector to help identify any infestation points and hidden termite nests. Your inspection report will include a detailed section outlining any identified pests along with their activity levels and damage observed.
