Meet Rob

With an unwavering passion for all things related to property, Rob has been deeply engaged in the real estate industry since 2002. His journey started with property renovations, later advancing to the design and construction of apartment buildings. This hands-on experience across both the design and construction stages, complemented by a robust understanding of new property sales, has refined Rob’s comprehensive skill set within the property landscape.

Since 2015, Rob has been conducting thorough property inspections throughout South Australia. His expertise extends beyond residential properties, encompassing commercial establishments such as warehouses, hotels, motels, and clubs. Demonstrating impressive versatility, Rob also conducts drone inspections, covering areas like solar farms and roofs, inclusive of thermal analysis.

In such a hot property market, we have trusted nobody else but Rob for our inspections (albeit we've had to use him a few times due to being outbid). Rob is very reasonably priced and for one house, called straight in to ask our preference to go ahead with the full or cover with just an hourly as it was going to be quite the report! Rob's inspections have been super timely and have added confidence to any house worth genuine consideration. What I value is a professional who is accountable. Rob was available at short notice, easy to deal with, honest and transparent. I called him around four weeks post inspection to discuss with him something he missed during the inspection and to also apologise that we had forgotten to pay his invoice for service. He was friendly, open minded and accountable. I had called a plumber out to fix something that could have been avoided. Still Rob kindly thanked us for the call and advised that based on my inconvenience he doesn’t expect to receive payment for it due to our plumber cost.
